Zach Witkoff

Chairman

ALT5 Sigma Corporation has appointed Zach Witkoff, Co-Founder of World Liberty Financial (WLFI), as Chairman of the Board.


In addition to his role with ALT5, Zach serves as President of Witkoff Capital and Executive Vice President of Development at The Witkoff Group, where he has led major real estate projects including the West Hollywood EDITION and Manhattan’s PUBLIC Hotel. A graduate of the University of Miami with early experience in real estate finance at Wells Fargo, he brings a distinctive combination of institutional finance, large-scale real estate development, and digital-asset innovation.


Zach also co-founded World Liberty Financial, issuer of the USD1 stablecoin, which has rapidly grown into one of the top five U.S. dollar stablecoins by market size. His expertise across both real estate and digital assets will be central as ALT5 advances its blockchain-driven financial strategies.

Peter Tassiopoulos

Chief Executive Officer

Peter Tassiopoulos brings over 30 years of leadership experience across the healthcare, finance, and technology sectors. His extensive background includes various executive roles in both private and public companies, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, capital market strategies, and strategic relationships. In his role as CEO, Tassiopoulos steers ALT5 Sigma's strategic vision, oversees the restructuring of its healthcare business, and drives growth initiatives as the company enhances its presence in the evolving digital asset marketplace. His proven success in navigating complex transactions and leading high-impact growth strategies positions him well to guide ALT5 Sigma through its next phase of development.

Matt Morgan

Chief Information Officer

Matthew Morgan, a Montana native, embodies entrepreneurial drive and dedication. As a pioneer in the cannabis industry, he has spent the past 16 years building businesses that collectively exceed a billion dollars in enterprise value. His innovative approach and leadership have earned him features in top publications like Forbes and Entrepreneur.


Matthew’s family office is deeply engaged in emerging technologies, driving impactful ventures in oil, biotech, e-commerce, and blockchain. As a trusted advisor to multiple crypto projects, including World Liberty Financial, Donald Trump’s personal DeFi initiative, he plays a pivotal role in advancing the crypto revolution and shaping the future of the digital landscape.

Ron Pitters

Chief Operating Officer

Ron Pitters is responsible for working closely with leadership to establish strategy, strategic execution and delivery. He is focused on scaling our global business, and accelerating growth. Ron brings over 25 years of executive leadership in global financial services space including Banking, Securities, and Digital Assets. His focus has been on enabling and building technology-driven businesses. Prior to joining ALT5, Ron held executive roles at Axos Financial, Inc. where he built and led digital banking, securities, and crypto asset businesses, including pioneering a block chain based 24/7 institutional payments network. He also served as CIO of Axos Bank, where he oversaw software development for one of the early digital banking innovators. His work has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Euromoney, and WatersTechnology.

Jonathan Hughes

Chief Financial Officer

Jonathan brings over 25 years of senior finance and commercial leadership experience in Digital Assets, Technology, Energy, and Commodities Trading, working with both public and private companies ranging from large-cap multinationals to agile high-growth ventures. He previously served as CFO of leading digital asset firms GSR International Ltd, a global market maker, and Zodia Custody Ltd, a regulated institutional custodian. Throughout his career, he has led numerous M&A transactions, executed multiple growth strategies and built robust financial control, compliance and reporting systems to support rapid innovation.


Jonathan is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and holds an MA in Law from Cambridge University. His appointment underscores ALT5 Sigma’s commitment to attracting world-class leadership talent to drive execution of its strategic vision and deliver long-term value for shareholders.

Vay Tham

Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), President Fintech 

Vay Tham, who most recently served as PI Financial Corp.'s (Ventum Financial), Managing Director, Head of Technology Investment Banking, has over 25 years' experience in capital markets. Vay's career has spanned research, investment banking, and finance roles. In addition, Mr. Tham previously founded, grew, and sold his own fund, which had over $300 million of assets under management. Vay has predominantly focused on technology companies throughout his career.

Tony Isaac

President

Mr. Isaac has been a director of the Company since May 2015 and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since May 2016. Mr. Isaac has served as Financial Planning and Strategist/Economist of Live Ventures Incorporated (Nasdaq: LIVE), a holding company for diversified businesses, since July 2012. He is the Chairman and Co-Founder of Isaac Organization, a privately held investment company. Mr. Isaac has invested in various companies, both private and public from 1980 to present. Mr. Isaac’s specialty is negotiation and problem-solving of complex real estate and business transactions. Mr. Isaac has served as a director of Live Ventures Incorporated since December 2011. Mr. Isaac graduated from Ottawa University in 1981, where he majored in Commerce and Business Administration and Economics.
